Allison Brooks Janney, an American actress. Her roles on stage and screen have been recognized with numerous awards, including her Academy Award for Best Actress and The British Academy Film Award for Best Film as well as the Golden Globe Award for Outstanding Film, seven Primetime Emmy Awards for Primetime Emmy Awards for Primetime Emmy Awards for Primetime Emmy Awards for Primetime Emmy Awards for Primetime Emmy Awards in addition to nominations for Tony Awards. After nearly twenty years in the regional theatre, actress Allison Janney became a household actor playing White House press secretary C.J. Gregg C.J. Gregg in The West Wing (1999-2006) an acclaimed and well-loved TV show. Allison Janney always has been late to the party. In Ohio, she got her license a year late when compared with her fellow students. It wasn't until she was in university that she had the first time of dating. Janney was wearing a wig from the start of the show and was unafraid. Fallon said to her "'Guys I've wore a wig ever since season one, but nobody had ever heard of it. Then everyone in the world is conscious.'" Janney is taking her wig with her to remember the experience. During the early seasons the report stated that she earned as much as $125,000 per episode. Faris earned an estimated $200 for each episode during season three and four.
